Yes, it’s personal.

We understand what you are going through. The reason we started Assured Optimal Care is to provide the best care possible to individuals and deliver it with passion.

Our Mission Statement

Having gone through our own first-hand experience of caring for an individual within the home environment, we realise the importance of finding someone with the compassion and skill levels to care for a loved one.

We want to change the approach to the care system in the UK by putting people first. We want to give families the comfort of knowing that they will receive the best care available to them.

Trained, compassionate skilled carers are central to our core values, and we recognise them and reward them for their work ethic. We all know first-hand that personal and reliable care is invaluable.

We want as many people as possible to be able to choose to stay in their own homes for as long as they possibly can, and we want all families to enjoy those special memorable moments safe in the knowledge their loved ones are in capable caring hands.

We care passionately. We believe we have all the ingredients to enhance the quality of care by catering to the needs of individuals and their families to deliver an outstanding care service.

Our carers uphold our reputation and are valued in the community. They are themselves part of our own community of special people wanting to deliver the highest standard of care – upholding the principles of kindness and compassion – to give our clients dignity and respect and their families the greatest gift of all – peace of mind.

Our Values

At Assured Optimal Care, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our clients by observing our five core values at all times:

We believe in the power of teamwork and will always collaborate with and contribute to the wider provision of care to bring exceptional outcomes for our clients. Our dedicated team will work with fellow care and medical professionals, utilising the full asset network to ensure efficiency and effectiveness at all times.

Respect

We understand the importance of treating our clients with respect and dignity. Our team members will always work with humanity, empathy and compassion towards our clients and their loved ones, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve. We are considerate of all cultural and religious needs.

Privacy and Dignity

At Assured Optimal Care, we take our clients’ privacy and dignity seriously. Your personal affairs will always be kept private and confidential, only sharing personal details with others when we have received explicit consent (or sufficient emergency) to do so.

We are committed to recruiting and retaining the best staff in all roles who share our values and are motivated to provide compassionate and kind care. Our team members are highly trained and dedicated to delivering the best possible care to our clients, and will always provide 100% effort to bring you and your loved ones exceptional care and peace of mind.

Honesty

We believe in building and maintaining honest and transparent relationships with our clients, their families, friends and all those involved in their care. We value open communication, trust and integrity as the cornerstone of our business.

Why choose Assured Optimal Care as your domiciliary care provider?

Assured Optimal Care specialises in providing home care to dependent adults – carefully matching carers to meet the needs of our clients.

Positive Recommendations

We are growing through word of mouth and positive recommendations based on our consistently good service to our clients and carers.

Regulated Service

We are registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) and work closely with Social Services Departments and health professionals.

Fast Response

Our support staff are there to make sure that we have all the procedures working well to act quickly and efficiently on each client’s behalf, including our ability to start work for a client often within 24 or 48 hours of being asked.

We look after our carers

We know that if our carers are happy and confident in their abilities, they will do an excellent job.

Training is a core part of the carer induction process. We give all new carers an induction training course and every carer comes back for a yearly update. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.

We also have a specialist carer support team who are there to offer help, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should they require it.
